First of all, I have never said that the water rate stayed the same year after year! I said and the Revdex.com can verify from my first email, that the water department of the city of Fort Worth confirmed that the water rate didn't change the whole year of 2015. They also shared a link supporting their affirmations (also provided in the first email).Finally, the information come from the only water provider in Fort Worth, the city itself... so if they have a contract with a different provider, I would be very surprised.As I mentioned to [redacted] over the phone: I have provided the proof she asked me to support my saying, can she provide me with the proof of her statements?My neighbors and I seem to be the only ones around in the neighborhood for who the water bills have doubled these last months.
