I am rejecting this response because: I have spent hours writing plus uploading photos only to have to delete 3/4s bc over limit only to find out its been deleted and ERROR FILE #could not be found!!! Calling it a day

We received call on 6/9/that *** ***, *** *** ***, was not coming on (outside condenser) service tech found fuse was bad on condenser , replaced fuse, unit came on, went inside and found Air Handler filter was plugged, removed and advised *** *** to replace filter. Washed
outside condenser which was plugged. then left job. *** called on 6/12/stating that water was leaking on ceiling, we responded by saying we could come right out. Hinding Company didn't do anything inn the attic to cause water leak problemcustomer said it was something we did. Advise *** that we would refund her the money for service call and fuse $135.00. This letter is in regards to the complaint letter that we received regarding Mr. [redacted] St Paul MN  55118.  We did install a new boiler in 2005 for Mr. [redacted] and on 12/22/2013 we did replace the Aquastat relay and charged Mr [redacted] $464.00 for that service. ...

We were not there again until 7/11/2016 for a service call and we tightened union on radiator, bled radiator, replaced thermocouple.  Nothing was said about the Aquastat relay that we replaced in 2013.  Our charge on 7/11/2016 was $141.00 for our services. I am rejecting this response because:  On 12/23/2013, Pat [redacted], President of Hinding Heating , came to my house, disconnected the electrical wire from my damper to the original Aquastat Relay, replaced the original Aqustat Relay and installed the wrong Aqustat Relay that did not allow the electrical connection to the damper.  The Aqustat that Pat installed did not have a connection for the electrical wire from the damper to attach.  Pat knew he had installed the wrong Aqustat Relay because he knew he needed to attach the electrical damper wire to it.  Pat intentionally hid the electrical damper wire in the back of the furnace case.  Because Pat did not install the correct Aqustat wire, moisture then developed in the chimney, causing a huge ice ball to develop on the top of the chimney and condenced water to flow fro the chimney back into the furnace.  Water from the cold and hot air, ran down my chimney into my furnace boiler, causing rust.  AThe his problem of ice ball on my chimney caused the cement apron to crack and need replacement.  On 7/11/2016 Pat was to my house to repair a leak in my kitchen radiator.  After Pat left, I called Pat on 7/12/2016 and told him I still had a leak.  He refused to come to my house and fix the leak and said he had 30 years in the business and if I didn't think he could fix the leak.  Then he hung up on me.I thought Hinding Heating was not going to fix the leaking radiator based upon Pat hanging up on me.  I contacted [redacted] Plumbing and heating and requested their help with the leak.  After fixing the radiator leak, they offered an inspection of my furnace and furnace cleaning.  [redacted] diagnosed the wrong Aqustat Relay, diagnosed that Pat could not connect the electrical wire to the damper and that Pat hid the wire.  [redacted] charged me $600.00 for the correct Aqustat Relay install.  I paid Art [redacted], $100 for the cement repair on my chimney.[redacted] ###-###-#### can verify with picture and my paid invoice their diagnosis and assessment that Pat [redacted] wrongfully installed the Aqustat Relay and hid the damper electrical wire in the back of my furnace.If Pat had not refused to talk with me, I don't believe he ever would have acknowledged he installed the wrong Aqustat relay.  I only found out about Pat [redacted]'s intentional error by having [redacted] Brothers check my furnace.I am requesting the Revdex.com to negotiate with Hinding Heating $700.00 for the costs I incurred due to Pat [redacted]'s wrongful work on my furnace.  I would like the Revdex.com to consider changing the rating of A+ for Hinding Heating because I did not receive A+ service from Hinding Heating.
