I showed up at this CITGO gas station on the southwest corner of 99th Street and Vincennes Road in Chicago, IL at approximately 8:45am on February 2, I was below empty on my fuel gauge I pulled up to the southern most pump on the lot and filled gallons into my tank At one point a man approached me (later confirmed to be the owner) and asked me if the pump was filling up slow I said I didn't know, he looked, said it was fine, and then walked away Additionally, the fuel hose on the back side on the pump I was using was laying on the ground The pump did fill us unusually slow for gallons Several minutes I left and drove approximately two miles away and found myself on the Dan Ryan Expressway in the middle lane with my car stalled out in traffic I had to pull it over to the expressway shoulder and wait an hour and a half for a tow truck to pick me up and take me to my local shop At about 3pm, I received a call from my repair guy that the diagnostics on the car
