Needing my Septic tank pumped (way overdue) and not even knowing where the tank was, I contacted Oliver Plumbing. They came out, traced where my tank was and explained exactly they would need to do to get it done correctly. With agreement, and when the weather finally permitted, came the difficult job of digging down to the tank since it did not have a riser. My home is on a steep hill so I knew it would be a challenge and yes the septic tank was almost four feet underground, but they handled the backhoe like magic. Oh, did I mention it started raining while they were working. In all of this, they were polite, and professional. They did not leave until twice asking me if I was satisfied, and only then did they leave. Please note, since I hear this all the time, make sure you have explained exactly what you want, down to do you want them to reseed your lawn, Don't assume anything, Oliver Plumber - thank you for a job well done!
