I ordered from this company and received a package with two of their *** but without the item I ordered, ***. I immediately sent them an email stating that. The company requested I send them a picture of the package as proof. I obliged. The owner gave the excuse that it was a busy holiday season for them, that it was a mistake on their behalf and that they would send the item out as soon as they could. I asked them to expedite and they refused. Trying to give them the benefit of doubt, I agreed to let them try again to deliver the item I ordered. Two weeks went by and I noticed no refund was issued AND the product still hadn't been delivered. So I reached out again letting them know at that point they should just issue my refund because I still hadn't received anything. The owner, not even attempting to reread the complete thread of the email to see what we had already discussed, sends me a screenshot of the confirmation email she received as her "proof". I let her know that she needs to go back and read the thread so she could jog her own memory. A few emails back and forth (and yes I became VERY frustrated and expressed it via the email chain) still no product and no refund. My next step was to contact *** (the source through which I issued payment for the item I ordered). They escalated my complaint and took the same screenshot as their proof to deny my claim (putting in a complaint on them as well). I have issued a second complaint, which *** says "they understand my frustration" and have "changed the dispute reason" to further investigate...I am reporting this company as a caution to others. BEWARE; between never receiving the product I ordered and the poor customer service, I will NEVER order from the company nor recommend them EVER AGAIN.
