signed the proposal and also paid for the air conditioner. I will attach a copy of the proposal. our proposals note we do not include the electrical wiring. I spoke with [redacted] last week a couple times and discussed this and she felt we did not verbalize the electrical portion to her. it is our normal protocol to verbally discuss it, I spoke with my staff and they could not confirm either way if they had. they said we normally do though. [redacted] and I spoke about the electric costs and she felt the costs were excessive from the Electrical contractor, I did call the Electrician and him did credit the billing for the 2nd trip. I also discussed this with [redacted] and she indicated she was satisfied. This notice I believe is after the fact with our discussions. let me know if this is not the cast.
