Owatonna Pets and Fish

I am rejecting this response because: I would like a refund I do not agree with the response from pets and fish Bottom line we got sold two sick puppies in two weeks that died...and a vet bill My bank has a transaction from owatonna pets and fish and I would like a refund Still have puppy available for autopsy if needed I want my money back No threats except the fact that we may need a lawyer because we were getting thrown around from breeder to store No answers...no help

on 2/25/*** did contact Pets & Fish on Saturday 2/27/stating the puppy wasn't doing wellPets & Fish advised they would contact the breeder Susan to call *** and *** needed to keep an eye on the puppy or bring it to the vet for medical attentionPets & Fish contacted all buyers for the litter mates to the Pomeranian Maltese puppy to make sure all the puppy's purchased were doing okEvery puppy was good according to their new ownersPets & Fish was then contacted by *** on Monday 2/29/that the puppy did not make it and she had been in contact with the breeder SusanThe breeder Susan did make Pets & Fish aware that she was in contact with *** as wellPer the vet paperwork provided from *** the puppy was dehydrated*** did mention to the breeder that it may had been her fault as she was trying to potty-train the puppyThe breeder Susan & *** had made arrangements to meet at Pets & Fish on Tuesday 2/30/to replace the puppyThe breeder did replace the puppy with a female purebred Shih TzuThe breeder talked with the *** family for over an hour explaining how to care of this puppyThe breeder did also give them a sheet of instructions for care and stressed 24/water access to the puppyThe breeder Susan sent the *** family text messages about every other day checking up on the new Shih Tzu puppyThe *** family sent pictures back and stated how they loved her and she was a keeperThe breeder & Pets & Fish were contact days later after 2/30/stating they were at the vet & the Shih Tzu puppy was very sickThe breeder offered to pick up the puppy & bring the Shih Tzu puppy to her own vet and pay for the expenses to try and save herThe *** family refused the breeders offerAccording to the vet paperwork the Shih Tzu puppy came in very dehydrated as wellThe Breeder Susan & Pets & Fish was in contact from 2/25/with the *** family until they started threating both partiesSincerely,Jeramy *** Pets & Fish *** * *** *** Owatonna MBN
