They admitted they were trying to ship product FREE and NOW they are CHARGING ME for the items and in addition charging me freight for product that I never received to begin withThey refused to accept that They ARE trying to CON me into paying for the so called FREE samples and shipping for WHAT? I did NOT receive anything at all! They do NOT have any good business practice at all!

What part did they understand, I never got it PERIOD SO I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHINGITS ALWAYS THE SHIPPERS RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY SHIPMENT DELIVERED OR FOLLOW UP, NOT the end consumer!

It is very simple. We ship FREE samples as long as the client provides a *** or *** # to pay for the shipping. We pay for samples, they pay for shipping, very fair and reasonable for the hundreds of samples we ship out every day. We sent the client tracking on this sample request. The tracking show it was delivered and left at their door. They claim they never received it. This is now an issue with ***, not us. The customer should work out the shipping with ***, not us. However, instead of doing so, they refused the bill with ***, so in turn, we were not only billed back for THEIR shipping cost, but we are also billed back for an additional $for the client refusing to pay the bill - the nerve!

We shipped free (expensive) samples to the customer as their *** # was provided (as per our policy)Shipped to a residence & customer did not request "signature required" so *** leaves at doorRefused to pay the bill with *** because he said he never received the sample*** of course
