They admitted they were trying to ship product FREE and NOW they are CHARGING ME for the items? and in addition charging me freight for product that I never received to begin withThey refused to accept that? They ARE trying to CON me into paying for the so called FREE samples and shipping for WHAT? I did NOT receive anything at all!? They do NOT have any good business practice at all!? ? ? ? We shipped free (expensive) samples to the customer as their [redacted] # was provided (as per our policy)Shipped to a residence & customer did not request "signature required" so [redacted] leaves at doorRefused to pay the bill with [redacted] because he said he never received the sample [redacted] of course billed us back for the freightHe refused to pay us for freightWe are not trying to "CON" him into payingIt is always up to the client to do what is right and fair in business.? This should really be an issue with ***, not us
