I just received the second notice from the Revdex.com concerning complaint ID #[redacted]. I apologize for not responding sooner, but was unaware of the issue. I believe the original e-mail sent from the Revdex.com may have been re-directed to
our companies spam file by our anti-virus...
software.
I am getting the details of the issue from our credit/collections dept. and will forward a detailed response as soon as I receive this information. I have called the customer and left a message for her to return my call.
