Terrible experience from a customer support point of viewI placed an order two days agoI was skeptical because there was estimated deliver date on the shipping optionsMy assumption was I would get it delivered in three days but after I placed the order I saw a note in the order confirmation email that it would just be shipped in 1-business daysSince then I try to call the company in order to cancel the order because I will travel overseas tomorrow and miss the shipmentI left three voice messages, tried it several times a day but nobody ever answered or called back
