Please allow this letter to serve as our Response to the Complaints Response filed on September 1, I have reviewed the Complainants Response and at this time and as previously stated, I will add more asphalt to the corner under the carportThe Complainant sets forth that she wants the asphalt job redoneThere is no need to redo the entire jobif you dig out the asphalt, the carport will collapseAdding asphalt to the low area will fix the problem that she allegesShould she wish to contact me to resolve this matter, she may contact my office at anytime to discuss this matterShould you require any additional information or need to discuss this matter further, please don't hesitate to contact me here at the office

[redacted]This is a response to the letter [redacted] wrote you. #1 her intention was to place a car port over the asphalt was complete Response- a car port was not mentioned. I asked if I decided to have a garage built could I put concrete over asphalt. [redacted] said yes. #2 I advised her at the time the area that she wanted paved was on a hill and that you can not completely level asphalt. Response- this is completely false. #3 winter of 2015 Response - In the winter of 2015 [redacted] finally called me back after I told him if he would call I'd wait on filling the papers out to the Revdex.com. He said he didn't remember doing the job for me. So I don't see how he could write you what all he said to me I had to give him directions to my house. #4 asphalt plant closed in winter Response- I completely understand this. #5 open sometime in April. Response- [redacted] never got in touch with me in the spring. I started calling again. He would not return my calls. That's when I filed the complaint 7-31-15, 4 months was plenty enough time to contact me. #6 older gentleman Response- I did get his message when I arrived from the hospital (my husband was in the hospital) I tried to call, he wouldn't pick up. I left a message. I did this 3 days. Every day I'd get home from the hospital. I kept calling several times after that. #8 add more asphalt to the corner Response- he can not do that. That would put asphalt up on the legs of the car port. [redacted] keeps saying you can not level asphalt. I don't know what he means. If he had leveled the round or put just a small slant for water to run off there would not be a problem. When I had my contractors there doing some work for me, they couldn't believe what a slant was made where I would park my car. These contractors tried to contact [redacted] he wouldn't answer or return their calls. Their names are [redacted]. I's like [redacted] to completely redo that asphalt and level the spot or make a slight slant. [redacted]

Complainant she advised that her intention was to place a carport over the asphalt once it was complete. I advised her at that time that the area that she wanted paved was on a hill and that you can not completely level asphalt. She instructed me to do the job and the job was completed for the agreed amount of $3,800.00. Thereafter, I was contacted by the Complainant in the winter of 2015 and she advised that the drive under the carport was not level and asked if I would go look at it and call her back. I advised her that nothing could be done at that time in that the asphalt plants are shut down in the winter months and would not open until sometime in April but I would go back over there and take a look at it. I went to the location in question and looked at it and called the Complainants home and asked the gentleman that answered the phone to inform her that I had looked at the driveway and would go back over there sometime after the plant opens and fill in the =level area when I would be working in that area_ I have contacted the Complainant by phone on this date in an attempt to resolve this matter to no avail. I left a voice mail message advising her that I would go out and add more asphalt to the corner under the carport that goes over the hill and asked that she call my office and advise if she wants me to proceed. I also advised her, once again, that you can not level asphalt that only concrete could be leveled.
