I am rejecting this response because:the company is lying about the floor being dry I have witnesses that saw the incident and the manager herself apologized for the floor being flooded due to an irrigation hose spraying water and causing the flood in the organic produce section she also proceeded to let me know the standard procedure for keeping the area clean which she also said it was obvious it wasn’t inspected. I demand to see the video in which they speak of and if I’m correct the fall did not occur on January but in March. As I’ve mentioned before the insurance agent proceeded to offer me money before he received the video or  the employee statements of the slip and fall in a recorded  conversation. The company is lying and making this situation bigger than it needs to be and it’s turning into fraud and a coverup I’ve tried in the past to speak to the agent and he would send my phone calls to voice mail and was very unprofessional if I have to get a lawyer I will I’m at that point and I’m very tired and frustrated with this long lagging process full of lies on their behalf.
