They refuse to give my car back after I paid them the money that they billed I dropped my Mitsubishi Endeavor off back in May told them I just got a new transmission put it and its not workingTold them I think I may need a transfer caseThey were to see if it needed Paid them $They took weeks and called me and said I didn't need a transfer case, that I needed a new transmissionThey would call around and find me a used one but it would take some time bc its a older carI called them In October to find out what was going on and they said they had no record of my vehicle being thereI told them it was and that I paid alreadyI had to go to the shop and show them where they deducted $from my bank accountThey stated they will look for a used transmissionI received a letter stating they were going to auction my car bc it was left thereI call them and they claimed they were trying to call meI haven't received any calls from themI spoke to mechanic

I have drop my car off numerous times to fix my transmission issueThey rebuilt it(so they say) and it is still shifting hard into first and second gearI have dropped it off several times in order for them to fix the problem and they keep telling me things like my rim is bentWhich the car was driving smoothly before I brought it too themI dropped it off from on Monday to friday a few times to fix the problem but they haven'tCar shakes at miles an hour and they blame that on my rim which I have had on the car prior to bringing it to them and there was no shaking at allThey didnt put my tranmsission stick back in, broke my top motor mount also but I came out of my pocket and repaired itTransmission still has a whining sound as if they didn't dix it allI have had to get rides to and from work while they claim there fixing the problem but there notThere trying to high end charge me for the rebuilt transmission which is I have already paid a little over
