I did install the item correctly my uncle who is an electrician assisted me and the gentleman who I bought my new piece that is still working after many uses that took the old piece out said it was in correctly and that the piece I bought from the business owner wasn't worth buying because of cheap materialIn regards to a receipt I was not offered one, I had came in the day prior to buy the piece and store owner had rang me up, but he only accepted cash which I did not have at the time, when I came back in the next day which was a Monday, because he is not open on weekends he still had my ticket and the item readyThe brush I bought was $19.95, but the heating element itself was not what he has on the receiptI paid him $even because I recall the total was $and some change, I offered to go out to my vehicle and retrieve two quarters, but the business owner said that was alrightAfter my new piece that actually works was installed I called the business owner and he claimed it may be a manufacturer problem, I went into the store and requested a refund and he kept refusing and offering me a new pieceSo although he claims to offer every customer a reciept, he didn't offer this customer, and for my reason of not having one I feel as if this may be somewhat pointless, but if he has any since of a honest businessman he would refund me the $I am out paying for a piece he sold me that didn't even work Regards, [redacted]

This letter is in response to a complaint on our company from the Revdex.com. Mr*** came into our store and bought a heating element and cleaning brushAfter installing it incorrectly it was ruinedHe then brought it back and wanted a refundWe tried to give him another one and explain what he
had done wrong but he insisted on a refundAs you can see from the picture enclosed and the bottom of the receipt we do not accept any electrical parts for returnWe were trying to be nice enough to give him another part but he would not take itHe also stated he didn't receive a receiptWe give receipts to everyone before they leaveThe purchase price was $64.95, not $80.00.See attachments.*** ***, Owner
