Good afternoon First of all I want to say how disappointed we are that the customer was not completely satisfied with their experience here I want to try to address each concern the customer had First, the customer stated we were hard to deal with and had to make changes to the original purchase agreement; that is because they changed units The customer had originally requested we get them approved on a new Sandpiper but the terms were not favorable for the customer The customer then decided they wanted the used Jayco which we did get them favorable terms for which they accepted The customer also stated that they were not happy because we do not deliver and that they had to take off work to sign papers; currently, due to insurance liabilities, we do not deliver as a company policy and our current hours of operation are 8am - 5pm The customer also stated that the unit was not clean; we did send the guys out to the camper to get it cleaned back up immediately when the customer pointed out these issues and that was on oversight on our part for which we are sorry The customer stated we did not do a thorough enough walk thru and advised him to use his owners manuals; again, a mistake on our part and we are very apologetic that we did not meet the customers expectations Used inventory is not always a brand we sell regularly and therefore we have to reference the user manuals ourselves to know how to operation certain functions The customer also stated that it took us too long to get the blinds repaired on his camper; we are sorry that we did not meet expectations on the repairs, however they are repaired now Finally, as the tax situation is concerned, we are required to collect Kentucky state tax when we sell a camper In some states, they reciprocate with Kentucky and will only make the customer pay the difference If West Virginia is not a reciprocating state then there really isn't much we can do about that, unfortunately We strive to make every customer experience positive and enjoyable and we are very sorry that this customer did not feel that way about his most recent purchase
