Review: I had called B & B roofing this past Spring in regards to a leak in my roof around my skylight. When the guy came out he told me what needed to be done to fix the issue I paid them $1000 to do the job. They have had to come out two different times since they finished the job due to it leaking. I called them over a week ago in regards to it leaking again they never returned my calls. I called at least 2 times until I spoke with [redacted] he told me he would come out November 27 which he never showed up. So I called 12/2 again left another message he never returned my call so I called back on 12/3 spoke with him he told me he would try to come out today. I said you said that last week and never showed I said I guess since your paid this job isn't important. He responded by saying that he told me that he would look and see if it wasn't something they done but if not he wasn't going to give me a new roof. I told him I never asked for a new roof but for them to fix the issue they were called to do in the first place. He said that he would come out and see and if it were another issue we would be responsible I said and if that's the case I will call someone else to fix he said then call someone else to fix it and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either fix it completely beings they are the ones that told my father and I they would come back until it was fixed. Or refund me my money so I can have someone else fix it right. I feel this business is very unprofessional.

4-9-13 Re-flashed skylight $500.00

4-12-13 Still leaking, service men said leak was coming from a wall or valley

area.

4-19-13 Sent [redacted] a proposal to repair wall flashing.

4-22-13 Completed the work that had been proposed. $500.00

4-29-13 Billed for work completed. $1000.00

NO ADDITIONAL LEAKS REPORTED OR WORK DONE

AFTER 04-22-13 UNTIL 11-22-13.

8-25-13 The original bill for $1000.00 was not paid in full until this date.

11-22-13 Friday, [redacted] called office, I told her I would come and look

at it.

11-25-13 Monday, [redacted] called office, it was raining and snowing and

again, I told her I would stop out when the weather cleared up.

12-2-13 Monday, [redacted] called the office twice that day and

demanded that I come out to her home.

12-3-13 [redacted] called again about coming out. I stated that we do not

warrant repair work, she stated she wss going to pay someone else

(not us) for repairs and I told her to find someone else to fix it.

In conclusion, I never gave Mrs. [redacted] a date or time that I would come and Iook

at the problem. We have had a lot of rain, snow and ice the past 2 week and the

roofs are ice and snow covered.

She became very aggressive and demanding, that we come and fix the

problem at no cost to her. I would have fixed the problem if it was something

we did or did not do, but she was unwilling to pay us for additional work on a

new problem which has probably occurred after 7 months of no leaks.

For the fact his recap of this is incorrect. To address the conversation timeline he brought up I left numerous messages with his secretary and they were never returned. So yes I continued to call the business to get an answer. I know they were out here more then what he is saying after the roof was fixed. I cannot give you correct dates then the fact about the bill not being paid until August. I'm not sure what the point of him bringing that up is but the fact about is I called and asked if that would be fine and he accepted it so bringing it up now is pointless when he is the one who agreed to it. The other issue is he never once told me that they don't warranty repair work either. I never told him I wouldn't pay for something that he himself could fix he then responded with well I will come out and if I find other problems you will have to pay for that. I responded with if there is other issues I will then have someone else fix it never said I would have someone fix the problem he told me he could fix. As well as he sent and said they re-flashed the skylight I had another roofing company out today and they said that had never been done. They also made the statement it shouldn’t have cost me $1000.00 for what they did as well. So now the issue is I paid them to do a job that was never done? The comment was made they aren’t a very good business to deal with which I’ve been told that by more than one person. All I asked was for them to come and look at the problem they said they could fix and then told me and my father they would come back until it was fixed. I’ve never asked for them to do anymore. Then he says he never give me a time frame he told me he would be last week and guess what he never showed. Obviously he isn’t a man of his word.

On 12-13-13, [redacted]'s mother called about fixing her roof. On 12/17/13, we

believe she called again but did not give her name, stating that we must be

there by Friday to fix her (Ms. [redacted]) roof or they were going to sue us.

We will not be doing any additional work for Mrs. [redacted].
