Beware homewrecker
Beware ladies Linda Marusak aka Linda Acuna likes to break up families and relationships she must not be that busy working or dispatching if she has time to be sleeping around with someone else's man

Safe and on time
You know what, owl. You guys have taken good care with my dad and got him to his appointments safe and on time. Your dispatch is very professional and when VA lacked in communication, your office staff made the transport happen. Your drivers drove with care.

My parents have been utilizing OWL for the past years or soService has been good or acceptable off and on; I gather their having major communication issuesMy dad was picked up late due to no fault of his ownThis company sent out a large van and had another trainee in the other only available seatMy mother wasn't able to accompany my dad as she always did for the past yearsNot once has he ever traveled aloneWe were told that another vehicle would arrive in the next ten minutes or so, the first vehicle pulled offWe thought they were going to quickly resolve this issueWe waited outside for minutes before I called OWL again to ask where's our next driverI was assured that someone would be here to pick my father and mother up within the next few minutesAnother minutes has passed and now I am totally upsetWas told that the driver didn't see Mr*** and was about to leaveI let them know that we're standing in our front door and nobody has passed our homeI believe this was a stall tactic as they really didn't have anyone to come get my fatherSo he finally gets picked up minutes into his appointment and will probably arrive minutes late to his appointment at the*** Medical CenterIs this the way we treat our veterans and families with unreliable transportationThis company needs to seriously work on better communicating with one another or allow another transportation company serve our veterans

I was involved in a bicycle - van collision on November 14 in Tucson with an Owl Transportation van. I was beside the van entering an intersection and without signalling, turned right into me. The driver didn't stop. Was cited for making a turn without signalling. The sheriff had to track the driver down through the company since she didn't stop, but Owl Transportation denied any claim saying that they hadn't hit me. They aren't truthful. Bad!

This company has major issues in their upper management...that trickles down to lower management. They are not intelligent people, at all. Amazing they have attained and retained any government contracts! How?
Someone is paying off a government official for sure.

My parents have been utilizing OWL for the past 2.5 years or so. Service has been good or acceptable off and on; I gather their having major communication issues. My dad was picked up late due to no fault of his own. This company sent out a large van and had another trainee in the other only available seat. My mother wasn't able to accompany my dad as she always did for the past 2.5 years. Not once has he ever traveled alone. We were told that another vehicle would arrive in the next ten minutes or so, the first vehicle pulled off. We thought they were going to quickly resolve this issue. We waited outside for 30 minutes before I called OWL again to ask where's our next driver. I was assured that someone would be here to pick my father and mother up within the next few minutes. Another 20 minutes has passed and now I am totally upset. Was told that the driver didn't see Mr. [redacted] and was about to leave. I let them know that we're standing in our front door and nobody has passed our home. I believe this was a stall tactic as they really didn't have anyone to come get my father. So he finally gets picked up 15 minutes into his appointment and will probably arrive 45 minutes late to his appointment at the[redacted] Medical Center. Is this the way we treat our veterans and families with unreliable transportation. This company needs to seriously work on better communicating with one another or allow another transportation company serve our veterans.

I came on this site to check the reviews on owl . because the day after they were going to pick up my dad. but I came back to this review and want to say how annoying people like you are! you giving them a 1 star because you fail to communicate with the company to make sure they know your mom going to ride along with them? seriously. I called the company to let them know I was riding along with my dad. they told me they will make sure the scheduler knows " to make sure there was room for me and my dad" with dealing with VA for years I understand how many times "the va makes mistakes with communication" I wish I can rate you review "karen" not useful at all
