Contacting the Revdex.com is a common practice when services offered are less than expected. This will be my first letter recommending a service. Recently I had begun using Owl Inc Transportation to take me to medical appointments. Overall I’m not just satisfied, I’m delighted! Due to speech difficulties resulting from a stroke, it’s common to expect frustration for both parties when talking on the phone. The lady that I spoke with was VERY patient making it easy and clarified everything at the end of the call.
The vans are new with state of the art equipment to aid the driver with maps and schedules for pickups and drop-offs. There was not THAT sound of listening to a CB of folks talking. It was very much like riding with a friend or neighbor. The drivers have all been very personable, professional and pleasant. While this has to be a tough job, getting all riders to and from their daily appointments (AND I understand they have many many riders that count on them ) at no time have I witnessed a driver being anything less than courteous to other drivers as well.
In closing, if you or someone you know is disable and in need of transportation, don’t hesitate to call Owl Inc Transportation. I don’t know what their radius is for this service; but I do know if you live in Chesterfield ~ your in luck!
