My wife and I are years old and we have five children so making an investment is something we are very careful aboutI had several companies come quote my roof, I even had one that blew me off for three weeks just to give me a quoteI contacted Owl Roofing by email and literally had a phone call back with in five minutes! They were able to set me up with a estimate the next day, very impressive! My sales man [redacted] was awesome, not pushy and not trying to sell me something I didn't needI felt the communication was clear and honest with no hidden costs or sales tacticsAfter the quote was done I was contacted by [redacted] to set up the install processFantastic person to deal with! Very honest and knowledgeable of how the process would workMy roof was installed yesterday 3/24/and the crew did an outstanding job! I am an engineer by trade and a "do it yourself" individual so placing this project in someone else's hands was huge for meI could not have been more pleased with the quality and attention to detail this crew tookI am pretty sure that my yard is cleaner then when they found it and the roof looks amazing! My experience with Owl roofing, I called the company to just ask what a metal roof usually costThis very pleasant man responds with let me send a salesperson out to talk with youNow the very last thing I want is a salesperson in my house (no offense we all need jobs and someone has to do it)I told this very nice person I was just checking because I have always wanted a metal roof and it might be years before we do itHe said, no pressure, just let him come outAgainst my better judgment I did The salesman arrived and was one of the most pleasant guys you would ever meetVery professional, easy to talk toWe agreed on a dealHe said they would take care of everything They would put a boot on the dishWe were sorry to see him goWe felt like we had a very good friend when he leftHe had said the same thingHe felt like he was leaving family Later that day I was really having second thoughts as to whether we could make the paymentsI called him back and he said let him send somebody out to look at the numbers Next day job foreman comes outHe starts right off the bat double talking numbers, my impression was to confuse meAfter some time we agreed on a totalHe then said in a matter of a few minutes, that he was taking a hitThat it was costing him to sell me the roof at that priceSo by this time I think he thinks I am a mn Just after he came in, I said to him, your company's website needs a link for emailsI searched all over the website so that I could email them to tell them how great the sales man wasHe said use social mediaAnd while you're in there put some stuff about meI hadn't even known the man minutesSo buy this time I'm just ready to get this guy out of my house The crew came out that Friday and started the jobWow those guys really work hard they did a great job! Very respectful and professional I got to thinking about the dishHow are they going to do this? Build the roof around it? Maybe I am a mnI called to check and the salesman said I needed to call dishAgh oh well no big dealI'm on the phone for over a hour and I receive a text ( did job foreman call you)? No was he suppose to? Yes he was supposed to tell you we have the dish coveredGood ok Saturday the crew is packing up and they tell me they are short piece to finish the roof and they would be back Monday to finishWhat about the dish? We weren't told to put it backOMG I will just handle it MondayI call dish to reschedule the appointment to align the dish for Tuesday I get a call from the foremanMa'am we are waiting on the pieceWe will be back out there WednesdayOkCouple of hours go by I think oh no the Tuesday appointmentI call the Forman back and tell himHe said I thought dish was suppose to do itI almost lost it! Then he said oh this is Mrs [redacted] I'll have someone come out today Man comes out and ask are you sure you want this on the roofYep right on that boot I have been told several times that yall are going to put it onNo ma'am this is a bracket we use for shingle roofsI didn't say no, I said he'll noSo he gets on the phoneminutes later my phone ringsIt is the foreman trying his best to convince me it is the bracket they use for metal roofsI LOST IT! I went off on him and told him not to EVER call me again I called the owner of the company and he seemed to just want to make excuses for the foremanAfter all this I was still going to use them for my siding job, because the job was done well and if someone is to get a commission on the job I would like my new friend to get it Wednesday it was stormy, so I understand why they did not come outIts official I am a mn, because I at least expected a phone call to let me know, because they all ready know I am a little perturbedThursday at 200pm still no sign of no one and no phone callI know I told the job foreman DO NOT contact me, but you would think for all the hassle/drama endured the company would have some one callInstead I called the owner againI got excusesNo apologies, just excuses I will update when I finally get my roof finished and they get their dumpster trailer out of my front yard I am taking my siding project to someone else Foot note: we were told that the job would be finished and we would have to sign off on it before they would get paidThey all ready have charged my account for the jobBuyer beware

while looking for window replacements and a new patio door, we interviewed several contractors and "Big Box" retailers for the work we were pleasantly surprised to see they were the lowest quote with comparable quality we were even more surprised when they kept to our agreed time table and the crew who worked on the project were pleasant, professional, and very efficient for the project we highly recommend Owl Roofing, LLC for any repair, replacement or remodeling project you might have

We had a radiant barrier applied to our main roof area, bedroom attic spaces and to a space over our garageThe [redacted] guys arrived on time, worked quickly and very efficiently to complete a satisfactory jobMy only criticism is that either Craig or Brent should have been there at the beginning to get the work started because we had a change in the contract to fix

I choose Owl roofing out of other roofing companies It was easy talking to them and setting up my appointment They worked with me on getting my paperwork done and I really appreciate that They came to my house and got straight to work The workers were professional and hard working The foreman done a great job directing his crew I am TOTALLY satisfied with my new roof Owl roofing is fortunate to have the workers they do, and the workers are fortunate to have the foreman they do Over call they done a GREAT job and I was most FORTUNATE to have found Owl Roofing and gave them the job I would recommend them to anyone and I already have recommended them to some of my friends and family

I have had a great experience with Owl RoofingIt started a year ago when I received my first quote from themAt the time I was not able to proceed, but they followed up with me and came back out for an updated quoteThe salesman was down to earth and seemed to be very genuine and acted very professionallyAfter we negotiated the pricing, we had some pizza and talked about fishing
A couple days later the foreman can out took another look at the roof and got me on the scheduleThe crew showed up when they were suppose to and were very professionalTheir preparation was apparent right awayHaving an older house we expected to have a few problems, but with the quality of the workmanship that was never apparentThe crew came in and worked hard, fast, and very proficientThey not only completed a very thorough clean up of the old roof that they tore off, they even cleaned up my mess from an older projectI asked them if I could throw my scrap in their dumpster, and they asked me to wait until they got all the shingles cleaned upI left for a little while and when I came back I had planned to clean it up but they already cleaned it for me
So far from start to finish I have had a very pleasant experience with all the people from Owl Roofing that I have came into contact with, and to sum it up I am extremely pleased with my experience!

I am very pleased with the out come of my new roof 6/6/16, and with the quality of workmanship that was put into replacing my roof. I knew there was damage, however, when the roofing team got on the roof and started tearing off the old roof they found additional damage which they fixed and replaced with no problem. The team was professional, ONTIME, courteous, and made sure they cleaned the area up where they had been working before leaving. The management and sales team did everything they told me they would and then some. I will highly recommend this company, and in the future and when I get ready to replace my windows I will call Owl Roofing again.

I was in need of a new roof. One evening while watching T.V, I happen to see a commercial concerning roofing. I called and immediately got a response. As the conversation was getting started the gentleman on the other end of the phone asked me how did I hear about Owl Roofing. I said hear for yourself, the commercial came back on. We laughed and he set up an appointment for me. When the young man came out to talk to me about roofing I could tell he really was into his job. He did a thorough job while checking out the roof. He sold me on his knowledge of the company. The work was quick, but the guys did a good job. The workers were friendly and they each knew exactly what their specific job was. This is my second review for Owl Roofing. The first was on the roof itself. This one will be for the gutter installation. While I wasn't able to be home during the process, what I can say is that the crew was on time completed the work fast, and cleaned up very well after themselves. I came home and was very pleased. I walked around and did a visual inspection and could not find a problem with anything at all. My entire experience with Owl Roofing has been pleasant and I am hoping to use them later down the road when I remodel my bathroom.
