Only gave 1 star because I couldnt give 0 stars. They are crap that doesnt even work. I tried every way it said to install but only got a whine out of them one time. Custermer service is impossable to get through to [was on hold 20 mins till I hung up] . Only got #'s to nowhere except other recordings. When I ordered was told I would get comformation info with free coupons and other things in a week and if I didnt cancel within 30 days they would charge my account 24.95 a month. Well I never got any thing in the mail! Not surprised after receiving this crap today. What ever you do do not bye these. Gone to amazon where not only quality matters but I also get custamer service..

Hello,Below is a list of events involved with OWNZONES subscriber [redacted]. Insummary we have fulfilled our side of the promotional offer by sending the usertwo separate [redacted] devices for the user's (2)eligible subscriptions. Wehave provided tracking numbers as a way for our company...

We have followed up with both [redacted] and[redacted] to confirm delivery, as [redacted] picks up the package and [redacted] finishes thedelivery. Both devices were shipped on the same day from our facility as wellas shown as arrived at the same day at the user's address, according to therelevant tracking information.Listof events:- User [redacted] contacted OWNZONES requestingknowledge of location of [redacted] (2).-Response from Support Team with info that device was shipped to his addressApril 27th. Requested to contact CustomerService line to start investigation with [redacted].– [redacted] Emails in May 26th following up. States that he has calledand talked to Support Team and had never received a phone call back.Secondly, states one of the [redacted] had never been delivered touser's address. -We respond with two confirmed tracking numbers and address to which thedevices were shipped.Tracking numbers:[redacted]Address:-Sent User Address--User confirmed address as correct. Requested follow up with [redacted].-Followed up with Shipping Department to contact [redacted] confirmed thedevice was shipped to the correct address.-Informed user of issue, advising user to contact [redacted] for personalconfirmation.-User requested subscriptions to be canceled.-Subscriptions canceled Tosummarize, we have shipped the two devices as the OWNZONES-subscriber agreementstates and have followed up to ensure [redacted] and [redacted] did in fact deliver thedevices. GPS navigation was used to verify the delivery.
