The security deposit of $325.00 was refunded with our check #[redacted] and was personally handed to her on July 25, 2014. The balance is being mailed out September 3, 2014 in the amount of $250.00. The cause of this is the fact that we had to wait until the checks were deposited and cleared before we could return any refunds to her.
