I am a victim of owtel they encouraged me to try their service for one month they said free trial, I purchased cellphones from them so I can call my family in the philippiines for free,they charged my credit card and keep getting money from my account until now my family didnt receive yet the cellphone and I returned the cellphones that I purchased from them and they said they did not receive it but our tracker says they received it.Worst customer service,pls don't fall on their trap.im hoping that you guys return my money back because I returned the cellphones plus my family didn't receive the cellphone that I purhased.Please make an action regarding the transaction over the phone that you'll return my money back.hoping and praying that you guys read this
