So many lies the moment u break down u will experience how ox car care is broken down and it's broken all right. U will not receive a rental car until days after breakdown car must be "looked at" first so have your own money ready for the early days of rental. Have your money ready for the tow too which u will pay for and be reimbursed for from ox they call this "free" towing and 'free" rental after u use your own money. No money? No tow.no early rental. you'll be walking until ox care rep comes out to investigate. Blow your engine no problem ox car care will expect you to have opened up as proof which will set u back 2000 and after spending that on your claim ox can still deny the claim. They will say u had your oil changes done at quick lube places and not a certified dealer and deny the claim get the picture now at ox car cares trickery! One last point ox car care is so quick to point out what's covered they will give u a long long list items try asking them what isn't covered and you'll hear silence because that's the most important list. Send me a list of parts that aren't covered ox car care I dare ya.

I do apologize for the inconvenienceHowever records show customer called in to cancel and wad provided cancelation instructions to follow as outlined in the policy bookletWe received a cancelation letter on 11/30/with customer stating he wished to cxlWe followed up with a curtsey call to the customer letting him know cancelation letter had been received and that the customer will be placed on refunds listAll refunds are processed in the order in which received as well as in a timely matterCustomer has since been refunded the down payment in the amount of $which was processed back to the card we have on file

***, this policy was cancelled, the customer was notified that they would receive their refund within 7-business days. The refund was processed on 5/24/17. Thank you

Customer Originally purchased the policy 5/24/2017 under a 30 day and a thousand mile review period. Meaning customer has 30 days to review policy and also has to drive a thousand miles to be sure there aren't any pre existing issues before policy takes full affect. On 6/27/2017 customer had called...

in an stated it was his first time taking car out since summer had started and the weather was nice and not even before he got down the street he noticed his air conditioning wasn't working. Customer then states he took his vehicle down to the shop to try and file a claim and claim was denied due to pre existing issues. Claim had been denied due to the fact Mr. [redacted] hadn't made it to the thousand mile review. After having back and forth conversations with Mr. [redacted] we come to the agreement to refund him the down payment of his policy.  As of 10/06/2017 customer was refunded his complete down payment in thee amount of $2826.

While the business may be using an old name during their illegal robo call sales tactics; it does not relieve them of their liability for breaking the law. This company stated in their response, "he wished to cancel" and "we followed up with a courtesy call to the customer letting him know the cancellation letter had been received" which is also false. I am not a male. I am a female so I'm not sure who they are referring to but this company is being very dishonest. Unfortunately we here at Ox Car Care have no telemarketing abilities, we are an inbound customer service and sales center. We partner with nearly 50 different marketing companies nationwide that provide  inbound leads. We do a 10 day review of each company we onboard to provide us with leads in order to abide by all laws and regulations. We understand the consumer may be upset, unfortunately we do not even have a log of us ever speaking to him let alone making a call to him.
We also recently had a manager we let go who started his own business and has been attempting to impersonate us. Thank you.

Again, OX Car Care's decision to outsource telemarketing does not indemnify them of wrong doing when their subcontractors use illegal robo calls.
It is just as illegal to pay someone to perform an illegal act as it is to perform the illegal act yourself. I have filed a complaint with the FTC since Oc Car Care refuses to accept responsibility for their actions.
