I would like to thank Ms. S[redacted] for contacting us and allowing us to clear this matter up.  We in no way wanted to cause her concern or inconvenience her in this matter.Having not spoken to Ms. S[redacted] directly, I would like to let her know that we did not break any rules when...

attempting to work with her ex-husband to collect the past due account.  Mr. S[redacted] gave me permission to speak to his mother.  It was only recently that we were advised that Ms. S[redacted] was not still married to Mr. S[redacted].  We had not received anything to remove her from the account and by not knowing until recently that they were divorced, we also had no indication to ask for an updated credit application.  With that being said, I certainly understand her surprise and frustration with being contacted on this now.  Knowing now that they are no longer married and she is no longer involved, I will have Ms. S[redacted] removed from any collection action to the business.  I will also not be at liberty to discuss any of the other comments in the complaint now knowing that Ms. S[redacted] is no longer active in the business nor responsible for it.Again, I appreciate Ms. S[redacted] contacting us to clarify the business situation and will make sure that she is no longer approached regarding this situation.   Sincerely,Mari W[redacted]Credit Manager

Review: I CALLED OXARC FOR A ESTIMATE ON RENTAL OF A SMALL CONTAINER OF HELIUM THE DATE FOR THIS WAS 063/25/13 I WAS GIVEN A QUATE OVER THE PHONE OF 43.81 FOR BOTTLE OF HELIUM AND 6.00 DOLLAR RENTAL I TOLD THEM THAT I COULD GO INTO LEWISTON AND GET IT.THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD A TRUCK COMING THIS WAY THAT DAY THEY WOULD THROW IT ON TRUCK AND DELIVER IT. THEY DIDNT TELL MEME THERE WOULD BE A CHARGE FOR IT.WE WENT TO DELIVER THE HELIUM BOTTLE BACK TO THEM, THEY TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE US FOR WHOLE BOTTLE WHETHER WE USED IT ALL OR NOT. RECIEVED STATEMENT FOR BILL . THE CHARGE WAS 77.40 OUR ORIGINAL CHARGE BEING 49.81 I CALLED BOTH STORE MANAGERS AT LEWISTON AND SPOKANE OFFICE THEY TOLD ME THAT THE 77.40 WAS WHAT I WOULD BE CHARGED IF WE GIVE SOMEONE A WRONG PRICE WE TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY DIDNT SEEM TO CARE.

I am writing in regards to your case number 9627825. This involves the purchase of a small container of helium by a Mr. [redacted] at Perfection Tire in Orofino, Idaho. Mr. [redacted] is claiming that we overcharged him for this product that was delivered to his facility on June 25, 2013 by our truck.

According to the complaint we charged Mr. [redacted] a $16.75 delivery charge for delivering the product to the

Perfection Tire Store in Orofino. We actually discounted the delivery charge from our standard delivery charge of $25.00. I cannot believe that Mr. [redacted] expects anyone to make a delivery for free, but shame on us for "allegedly" not telling him there would be charge for delivery. We will issue a credit for the delivery for $16.75 immediately.

Mr. [redacted] is also claiming that we should give him a credit for the helium left in the cylinder when he attempted to return it. Our counter sales representative informed Mr. [redacted] that we cannot credit residual product because we have to drain and pull a vacuum on all helium cylinders before we refill them in order to maintain purity. He then decided to keep the cylinder to use the residual. Since Mr. [redacted] decided to keep the cylinder he was automatically billed cylinder rental at the end of June on the helium cylinder that he had in his possession. It is standard industry practice for welding supply distributors to bill cylinder rent on our assets. This June cylinder rental invoice for $7.84 is legitimate and should be paid by Mr. [redacted]. Since Mr. [redacted] still has the cylinder out, he will also receive a cylinder rental bill for July at the end of the month for the same amount ($7.84). He should also receive another month's rental bill on the rental balloon filler he has in his possession.

OXARC would like to request that Mr. [redacted] return our asset rental cylinder and the rental balloon filler back to our Lewiston store as soon as possible so that we can close his account with our company. We can pick it up if

he would like, but there will be a $25.00 delivery charge if we do.
