I am not sure as to what the problem would beWe give out over 10,of these every year for the last years and most of the time customers don't have a problem with them on getting the dates they are looking
for
Some of the common problems that cause them to be rejected are, not enough time before the trip, number of people or kids travelingthey require at least days out for a reservation request
Please try it again and see if it works for you, if not contact me and I will be happy to put you up at one of our cabins back at David Walley's, this would be the only location I can offer you

I would suggest Walley's to not associate itself with Trip Incentives as they clearly do not want their certificates redeemed and the process is designed to make sure they expireYour previous 10k customers probably only blamed Trip Incentives and did not contact you

Dear Sir,
Okay we have found this purchase and the fact is the purchase was made in 2015 for the mini vacation it was good for one year and had expired. Our office called them in December of 2017 and made an offer to let them use the expired package this year and they paid $50.00 for the renewal. The reservation for the one night stay was set for the [redacted], not a [redacted] as we do not put Mini Vacation at the resort due to cost.
they did use the Hotel, they did use the other gifts that they where give and the Spa passes, so they did received everything they where told.
We are will to refund the $50.00 paid for the extension of the package.
If this works for [redacted] let me know and I will have the refund done ASAp.
