I called Oxford today and spoke to the supervisor over *** services I was requesting a new aide ( I was under the impression if I was not comfortable in my own home with personal care I had the right to say so.) she did not want to know why but instead she proceeded to scold me like a child for not being able to "keep an aide" Well to be honest I dont believe it is *** place argue with a client (Raised voice and disrespectful communication) She told me they dont have anyone available now and I resize that is always a possibility when or if I am requesting something different That is reasonable I have heard nothing but complaining from aids about how they are treated by this specific office staff so I know I am not the only one that has issues with herI understand I will not have aide service tomorrow the bigger picture I am contemplating my future with a company who doesn't have concern about the clients and continues to allow office personal to be degrading and disrespectful

I POSTED A REVIEW OF THIS BUSINESS EARLIER TODAY. I have sense tried to resolve the issue of replacing my Aide and the belligerent office staff with Oxford them selves. However when my daughter and I tried to speak to the department head we were told no...we asked to leave a message on voice mail and again denied...given the run around...finally we were given an email address to send our complaint to...I wrote an email and it was returned saying the address did not exist. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE SERVING! Some of the aides and nurses have been great however the office staff the people really in-charge are only concerned with money and not the quality of care.

Excellent service. They were professional, friendly, punctual, and flexible. Obviously they have been doing this for a long time and know what they are doing. I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends and family.
