release between Complainant and Oxford House-***, the actual tenants of the property, from any further action.Oxford House, Inc(OHI) is the umbrella 501cfor nearly 2,houses nationwidewith approximately 17,residents--that are self-run and self-supported, individual entities and OHI has no liability for damage caused by the tenants of houses, Individual Oxford Houses such as Oxford House-*** contract directly with landlords such as the Complainant and OHI is not a party to any of those leases, including the lease involved with the subject propertyAt this time, OHI representatives are not aware of items installed by tenants during the time period that the house was rented by tenants over years, nor any missing property claimed by Complainant when tenants were moving out of the house, which is now closed.Sincerely, Blair T

I am rejecting this response because:  Per the document referenced by OHI representation, I am not seeking further compensation.   I am seeking return of our property which was removed by OHI staff, not tenants, and which was not listed in the repair/damages documentation referenced in the release request.  I understand that OHI is not on the lease, however, the transgressions of removing our personal property and installing more persons than cited in the lease were performed by OHI staff, not the tenants.  My primary interest is that OHI be aware of how there business is being conducted at the local area.
