So I was in a car accident on feb I had been contacting oxford and never got a response back..after months they finally took my car in for repairs..which was 2nd week in april ..they do rental reimbursement so I rented my car for days faxed over my receipt on april 21st I called an left messages for about a week finally I spoke with mr [redacted] on may 2nd he explains he hasn't been getting my messages, they just moved outa the office ,some one else was at his desk was checking messages, blah blah and blah his internet was downMind you this is may I sent him.my receipts on april 21st....its now may 11th and I haven't received a call or anything about my rental reimbursement check...Oxford is not a company you want handling your businesses when it comes to getting your car prepared

To whom it may concern, We at Oxford Insurance pride ourselves on providing our customers with great customer service and doing our very best to resolve a situation where a customer was not fully satisfied. We were able to get in contact with Ms*** *** and resolve her complaint

After reviewing the complaint from Ms***, Oxford Insurance reviewed the account in reference and discovered the following:The policy in the complaint was issued under Ms***'s sons name: *** ***. The insurance company (*** *** *** *** voided the policy for
misrepresentation of undisclosed violations on Mr*** application. The refund of $was sent and is a refund for ALL monies paid on the policy. Oxford would be happy to answer any additional questions at ***

To whom it may concern,   Oxford takes it complaints from its customers seriously and looks to ensure that all customers have exceptional service and experience.    In regards to COMPLAINT ID [redacted], the original insurance policy was issued through Oxford with carrier: [redacted]...

Insurance on 2/28/17 (policy was effective 2/28/17).  The vehicle insured was a 2016 Ford T-350 with VIN# [redacted].  The customer was given a copy of all documents and a declarations page with all of the information including the VIN# provided to Oxford.  The customer then returned to the office on 11/14/17 and provided Oxford with an copy of a vehicle registration with VIN# [redacted].  This VIN # was very similar to what the customer originally provided Oxford with when the original policy was purchased.  Only the last 5 characters were different from the original (which the customer provided us), and since the first 12 characters of a VIN identify the YEAR, MAKE, AND MODEL of the vehicle, and since there was no active claim issue.  We do not feel that there is a valid complaint against Oxford at this time.   Should you have any questions please let us know
