Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have attached images of the dog after I clipped her hair at the requested length after paying the kennel in fullPlease note the clippers were on the requested length when she was trimmed by me personally. In addition I contacted a breeder and my Vet and bot expressed verbally that the length requested was standard and there should not be an issue that would harm the dog as Oxford Kennel has suggested.A copy of my original correspondence to them is below Regards, [redacted] Dear Jane,Having made two trips to Oxford Kennel, expressing my desire to you in person Tuesday last when [redacted] was picked up, delivering [redacted] as requested, calling again Friday after [redacted] grooming was not done ( [redacted] got bathed, [redacted] received nothing), and discussing it with Angie at drop off today as reschedule by you and watching Angie write it down, I am hard pressed to understand what was so difficult in following a loyal customer's simple request. The dogs hair was to be sheared 3/of an inch and as you can see it is now by my handy work not your groomer'sFrankly, I did not expect so much trouble over such an easy task and request. My tact would be set the shears on 3/and stop when it is and that would have been the preferred outcome. The attached receipt shows the clippers I purchased and the time stamp notes the timeOnce home it took - minutes to do the job you stated would be done and didn't and there is a picture of the hair removed, the clipper @ 3/color coded and the final outcome too.To be charged $for services not rendered does not sit well at all with me and the rate was and remains exorbitant in my opinionPlease contact me regarding a full adjustment as resolution an an explanation as to why I received less than stellar work for such an easy task from a company I have wholeheartedly recommended to my friends and familyIn closing, I was expecting much better and am disappointedPlease contact me at your earliest convenienceSincerely, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I have attached 2 images of the dog after I clipped her hair at the requested length after paying the kennel in full. Please note the clippers were on the requested length when she was trimmed by me personally. In addition I contacted a breeder and my Vet and bot expressed verbally that the length requested was standard and there should not be an issue that would harm the dog as Oxford Kennel has suggested.A copy of my original correspondence to them is below

August 1, 20016 To Whom It May Concern,Mr. [redacted] requested a boarding for two dogs one night when he picked his dog up from daycare. At the time I took the reservation he requested that they have a bath and nail trim. wrote it in the grooming book for his two dogs to have a bath and nail trim on...

the day of pick-up. When he brought the dogs to be boarded my receiving staff said that nothing was mentioned of a haircut of any kind. On the day after pick-up he called the office and spoke with me. He said that [redacted] was to have a hair-cut. I apologized and asked him if he could bring the dog back in on Monday and we would do that. (an accommodation to him). He requested a #2 blade clip comb. This is 3/8". Rachel used a #4 blade which gives a hair length of .354 inches which is even slightly shorter than requested. When he picked the dog up, I asked him if that is what he had in mind. He replied, "Yep, this looks just like what we wanted.” He says he went home and measured the hair and it was not exactly 3/8”. This is why he is registering a complaint. I told him that when he picked up the dog he was happy and that my groomer had the office girl witness and help with the clipping of his dog. We did as he requested and have not refunded hismoney.Jane H[redacted]Oxford Kennel, Inc.
