My cousin, who is unable to file this compalint, was sent to Oxford Manor for rehabilitationAlthough there were a number of issues about his care while there, that is not the subject of this complaintUpon discharge, Oxford Manor committed to initiating in home Physical Therapy and in home nursing careThe parties recognized that this was essential to my cousin's recoveryDespite many phone calls to Oxford, and promises made on those phone calls, Oxford has never fulfilled its commitments
As a result my cousin's recovery has not been favorable and he is as a consequence at riskHe fell while trying to exercise today (went for a walk)
