In response to the recent complaint we are sorry that the customer feels he did not have a satisfactory experience We load several pickups daily and have never had any issues or complaints Our loader buckets are 12' and there will naturally be material that will fall outside of an 8' pickup bed.Pickups are loaded at the direction of the owners slowly and carefully with small amounts of the requested product Some people bring blankets or tarps to drape over the sides of the bed to protect it Other people do not Some will pull a trailer instead It is completely the customer's preference.We would like to resolve the issue as well and will offer a full refund for this transaction
