I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe employee that caused all my problems has indeed been terminated and I do have a new case manager who took time to explain their process with me whereas before I was "flying blind." I believe the outcome of my case would have been much better years ago than it is going to be nowI also believe more should have been done the first time I complainedI also believe that somebody should have been monitoring that employee as well as all others to be sure cases like mine don't fall between the cracksThough things are going better now, I still have to pay for those mistakes of othersI hope they have also learned to do oversight with their employeesWhat they can make all the difference in the world about the quality of life of the people seeking their help

I'm responding to complaint #*** I have been in contact with the person who originated the complaint (Ms***, and she is fully happy with our organization In December, Ms*** had a tough time reaching one particular employee, and she was
rightfully frustrated by that Once she made that known to others at our organization, we took swift action by terminating the employee, and we reassigned her case to a new Case Manager We had a call with Ms*** last week to inform her that her case file is progressing fine, and that we soon will attain the outcome/resolution that she expected when she signed on with our organization.As of yesterday, Ms*** informed me that she is fully happy with our organization, and she plans on contacting the Revdex.com this week to retract her original complaint I will encourage her to contact the Revdex.com again directly with her input, as it will show that, despite a minor communication issue with one employee, everything is in great shape with her file and she is a happy clientRegards,
