Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning - Missoula

Review: Oxifresh advertises its method as being superior to other cleaning methods, but it left a residue in my carpet that has attracted dirt and dust, changing the color from tan to gray. This did not show up during the first week after cleaning so the warrantee did not apply.The tech said he would not refund my money but would re-clean. I feel that would not solve the problem as his method leaves a residue in the carpet. He blames that on previous cleaning, but my carpet has NEVER turned gray after being steam cleaned, and that is what I would apply a refund to. I feel Oxifresh has false advertising!!Desired Settlement: See above Complaint description

In response to complaint # [redacted] we have a seven day warranty. The customer did not call back with the problem for two months. Offered to do the cleaning again the customer did not want that to happen. On our work orders that the customer signs it clearly states no refunds. We clean sixty to eighty houses a month have never had a problem leaving a sticky residue.
