[redacted] did call us times at least and after speaking with the office staff it might have been times.? They were are anywhere from to minutes apart and then minutes after that and so onI am the owner and I was out of town and did not have any cell service on Saturday or Sunday and so the office could not get a hold of meI have a manager in place, and he is the technician that did not show because he was in the hospital? ? ? I saw her email from my office on Sunday evening and I replied to her at pm and told her I did not know what had happened, that I have never had a no show to an appointment in years, and I am sure there is a good reason.? I told her I would call her back on Monday morning and I did.? I apologized to her several times, told her that I was out of cell phone range and I was sorry that this had happened, I understood her frustration of having to be home waiting for someone to show up and how frustrating that is when you cannot get answers We have worked for [redacted] before and she gave us a rating on our follow up email to her on the last time and that is why she called us again this next year to clean for herThis situation was out of our control, and all I can do is apologize to her and let her know that this is not the norm for our companyWe pride ourselves on our customer service and this time we failed to perform

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I do not believe that the no show hasn't happened in the years as the owner statesHere is my theory, I believe they were running behind on the first appointment and decided to skip my appointment so they could keep their schedule on line I find it hard to believe the AM appointment went smooth, when customer service said he had completed that stop and no one from the 1st appointment called them Customer service led me to believe they were coming and I spent 5-hours waiting for them to show up If that employee was in the hospital, I'm sure more customers called and complained maybe not to the extent that I chose with the Revdex.com If they had the foresight to know he was not coming, at least call and inform the customer, not let them waste a day You know at least the cable has the decency to call and give you a block of time, but not Oxifresh. Sincerely,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I do not believe that the no show hasn't happened in the 8 years as the owner states. Here is my theory, I believe they were running behind on the first appointment and decided to skip my appointment so they could keep their schedule on line.  I find it hard to believe the 8 AM appointment went smooth, when customer service said he had completed that stop and no one from the 1st appointment called them.  Customer service led me to believe they were coming and I spent 5-6 hours waiting for them to show up.  If that employee was in the hospital, I'm sure more customers called and complained maybe not to the extent that I chose with the Revdex.com.  If they had the foresight to know he was not coming, at least call and inform the customer, not let them waste a day.  You know at least the cable has the decency to call and give you a block of time, but not Oxifresh. Sincerely,[redacted]
