He then went to a small claims court and a judge advised him to resolve this with us because he had no case
We all then agreed to have him choose a 3rd party to clean itThey performed the work, the carpet looks great, and it is all settledWe absorbed that bill and are also now defending ourselves in public

All paperwork attached states what is non-refundable within entering our program and has been signed by the clientThere is a clear understanding of what the client has spent while in our program and what has been returned as a result of his spendingAll paperwork is very clear and was agreed to

We sent both the refund and your son's stuff based on the contract that you signed

We have been in contact with D*** *** consistently over the past several months, as recently as May 1stAlthough she mentioned her refund the first time we spoke, after I had taken over for J*** who she mentioned in the review, we agreed that the best case scenario was to continue working
to get her son Evan out here in JuneThat has been the subject of all of our conversations, and the refund has not been brought up againTechnically, based on the paperwork she signed, her refund for the reservation has been forfeited because of the length of time that we have reserved the bed for EvanDespite this, we are still working as hard as possible to get him out here and honoring the bed reservation. This complaint against Oxyfresh has not gone to a small claims court yet either present or in the pastBackground process is Stainmaster is currently in the process of replacing my carpet and giving me brand new carpet under my warranty however I will be billing you ***n and Oxyfresh the labor bill which should be about $I'm sure he'll refuse it but oh well so I'm sure it will eventually end up in small claims courtI've contacted him and the owner *** ender insurance company Safeco as well

whatever you do do not use this carpet cleaning company. Oxi fresh of San Diego is a joke.they are unprofessional and their techs will do a sloppy dirty job.I made the mistake of having them come out to clean my sofa and in the process they ruined and destroyed my brand new beautiful carpet. Also not only is this a bad company, you should know that the product Oxyfresh actually puts oxygen into the fibers of your carpet or sofa which in time breaks down and destroys the fibers of your sofa or carpet and will destroy it in the long run. I learn this by calling several local carpet companies and steam cleaning companies and they told me that using oxifresh on anything is a mistake. well it may I get the stain out in the beginning it will eventually break down all the fabricd and threads and destroy permanently.so believe me when I say you are better off using a traditional steam cleaning company.oxi fresh of San Diego and Glenn we're unprofessional, unethical and did not try and fix or repair the problem until it was too late. I'm finally getting brand new carpet and the company finally acknowledged their mistakes after I and fought snd fought with Glenn the owner of this local franchise and the corporate company and had to email several state and federal agencies and websites to put pressure on the company to finally fix their wrong doing.why I asked you first me sound like an environmentally friendly company it is not. It will break down and destroy your household products. Furthermore the owner and all of its employees and people who work for this company or part of a religious company called Christian missionaries cross over or cross roads so you really don't get anywhere because they're all protecting each others so be warned and do not use this company.it may be a very long and painful and frustrating experience for you like it was for me.

This company had been recommended to me. I was very pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning and the owner of the company, who cleaned the carpeting.

However 20 days later or stains are starting to come back up to the carpet. Review: Oxi Fresh cleaned my living room carpet on 06-13-2015. A few days after the cleaning I called the representative, Dennis T[redacted], and told him that his cleaning process appeared to separate and break the nap on the carpet. He indicated that he would stop and look. Several weeks later he stopped and looked at the carpet only to conclude that he was not sure what happened. He said he would check with his corporate office for suggestions in how to address the problem. He never got back so a few weeks later I called him back and he said that he left a couple of messages and nobody got back to him from corporate. He indicated that I could try myself. I found the corporate number ###-###-#### and called on 07-03 2015. The rep that I talked to at Oxi Fresh corporate was Sierra. She would not let me talk to a manager but said that they would work with Mr. T[redacted] to resolve my carpet issue. She said that someone would get back to me with a resolution on the issue. Approximately three weeks ago I left a message on Mr. T[redacted] cell phone only to have my call not returned. Also, I never received a call back from Oxi Fresh corporate.I did have another carpet cleaning company look at the carpet and they indicated that whoever cleaned the carpet ruined the nap on it.Desired Settlement: Replace the ruined carpet

Review: Had dirty carpets and a disabled child that needed to be cleaned came in did a quick job the carpets remained dirty and they charged excessivelyDesired Settlement: Clean carpets and fail to place judement o others
