We are pleased to say that although there were some minor things that were on the list that were over looked One thing that concerns me though the island counter top looks to be sagging in middle I will get my contractor to look at it today .. We will pay our contractor to fix all those details ..all and all they came through MrOxley did in fact get the job done for us we may have to settle for a smaller cabinet but its all good Next time we will be sure to do our measuring firstThanks MrOxley

OUR INSTALLER CALLED, THE DOOR OPENING TO THE BATH ROOM WAS NOT WIDE ENOUGH FOR THE LINEN CABINET TO GO THRU SOLUTIONS WERE TO A USE A SMALLER CABINET, BTAKE THE DOOR TRIM OFF , BUT THAT STILL DIDN'T GIVE ENOUGH SPACE TO GET THE CABINET IN, CCUT THE DEPTH OF THE CABINET TWO INCHES,
WHICH IS THE SOLUTION THAT WAS DECIDED ON IT IS RARE THAT WE CAN'T GET A CABINET IN AND OUR SALESMAN DID NOT NOTICE IT WE SHOULD CHARGE TO MODIFY A CABINET, BUT DIDN'T THE CUSTOMER ADDED A WALL AT THE END OF THE VANITY CABINET, AFTER THE CABINETS WERE ORDERED, MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO GET THE COUNTER TOP IN WE WILL GIVE HER CREDIT OR REPLACE THE MIRROR THE INSTALLER INFORMED US THAT ONE CORNER OF THE ISLAND TOP SHOULD HAVE HAD A RADIUS CORNER WE HAVE PICKED UP THE TOP AND ARE FIXING THAT THE INSTALLER WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WORKING UNDER CONSTANT CRITICISM AND LOST HIS CALM ATTITUDE WE CANNOT FINISH THE TRIM ON THE ISLAND UNTIL THE FLOORING IS DONE WE WILL SEND ANOTHER INSTALLER BACK TO FINISH THE JOB I FEEL I NEED TO VISIT THE JOB TO MAKE SURE WE COVER EVERYTHING WE WANT TO MAKE MRSSTEWART HAPPY WITH THE JOB

I am rejecting this response because: I have documentation of the first call being placed to *** at 1:p.mon May 20, Additional documentation reveals, during that call, the problem was explained very clearly, to ***While on the phone, my office manager was told, by ***, someone would be calling early the following week to schedule a time to come out to assess the situation. When that did not happen the four additional calls were placedThe last call ended with *** assuring my office manager, a call about someone either showing up or scheduling yesterday, "first thing." When that did not happen, I complainedminutes after sending this complaint today, Oxley called saying a technician, Walter, would come out. He did; and, repaired the problemI am gratefulThank you

LAST WEEK WE SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, THAN THEY WANTED WEDNESDAY, THAN MONDAY.  I'VE ASKED [redacted] BRANDL', OUR REP, TO MAKE A LIST OF THE WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, AND HAVE MRS STEWART AGREE TO IT.  WE HOPE THAT WILL HAPPEN TODAY.  THE COUNTER TOP HAS BEEN CHANGED.  WE WILL REPLACE...

THE MIRROR.  WE ARE JUST WAITING ON THE AGREEMENT SO WE CAN SCHEDULE A FIRM TIME TO FINISH THE JOB.  WE WILL BE SENDING A DIFFERENT INSTALLER.

WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH A LOT OF BUSINESS.  SOMETIMES DOING MORE IN LESS TIME, THERE ARE FLAWS, WE TAKE CARE OF THEM AS SOON AS WE FIND OUT.  WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR PRODUCTS AND WORK.   I WENT TO THE JOB THE NEXT DAY AFTER MRS STRICKLAND CALLED.  THE SPLIT IN WOOD...

HAPPENS , WE GLUE AND CLAMP IT, AND THE PRODUCT IS PROBABLY STRONGER THAN BEFORE.  THERE WERE  FLAWS IN THE WHITE PAINTED CABINETS, THE FACTORY REPLACED THESE DOORS AND THEY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.  THE JOINT IN THE CROWN MOULDING SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN THERE, WE REPLACED THAT PIECE.  OUR SERVICEMAN ADJUSTED THE DOORS AND DRAWERS , CAULKED EVERYTHING AND TWEAKED THE INSTALLATON.   OUR CUSTOMER, THE CONTRACTOR , RAPID RESPONSE TEAM, TOOK CARE OF THE TILE AND THE FLOOR.  THEY ARE PLEASED WITH THE JOB.

WE ONLY KNOW ABOUT A CALL LAST WEEK.  WE ARE THERE NOW.  HAVEN'T HEARD ABOUT WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM.  A DRAWER SLIDE COMING LOOSE IS KIND OF RARE.

we have pulled two people off other jobs, to send up there today.  We want to get this job completed.
