Review: On April 9, 2015 I picked up my radiator from a 1993 Porsche 968 that had been serviced by [redacted] @ Oxnard Radiator. The service performed included the installation of 2 new gaskets for the plastic side tanks. I was assured by J[redacted] that I would have no leaks because he pressure tested it in cold water @ 10psi. I pointed out to him that in real world driving conditions operating temperature would be significantly higher than 10psi. His reply was not to worry because he has been doing this for many years and he never gets a radiator returned back to him. J[redacted] also included a 30 day warranty for my radiator and guaranteed it would be 100% free of any leaks which I have this documented in writing from Oxnard Radiator. I had been doing some major work on my car and installed the repaired radiator on April 23, 2015 upon which it started leaking immediately as soon as the vehicle was up to operating temperature.I went to Oxnard radiator the next day April 24, 2015 to show J[redacted] that it was leaking; the leak was on the top right side and was visibly leaking. Upon my arrival, J[redacted] was very defensive and didn't even want to look at the radiator after I explained to him that it was leaking. His response was that he had tested it and it worked fine then.I explained to him the parameters in which he tested my radiator does not prove it was functioning properly and there is a 30 day warranty anyways.At this point he said there was nothing he could do to stop the leak and would not refund my money even though he gave me a 30 day warranty. I even offered to split it with him and just refund 50% back to me because he was complaining about the money he would lose on the gaskets.I asked him what is the point of the warranty if you can't honor it and he said I don't know but I already paid for the gaskets and installed them. I asked him to honor his warranty and he said call me on Monday which I did only to get the run around and have called him several times after just to be ignored. I even have the leak on video.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $120 based on principle. Thank you.
