Review: On June 9 2013 at 10:06 am I paid for a 19.99 car wash, which was to be interior and exterior cleaning, tires, and vacuuming. When I was told my car was done I looked inside and saw the rear back area was not vacuumed, none of my door panels or middle console were wiped down let alone cleaned, so I went into the store spoke to math who referred me to the carwash manager who informed me that the inside door panels are not included in a carwash, that in order to have them wiped down I would have to pay for a detail carwash, at that point I began asking what kind of place of business is this? I have never heard of the interior car door panels to not be wiped down with a carwash let alone a 19.99 carwash. Their sign states that the interior and exterior cleaning will be done, it does not state that doors are extra. So I sent my husband down there with our other vehicle to see if this was true, and low and behold he got his door panels wiped down with the same 19.99 car wash I paid for. So in the interest in justice I had to see if it was just them trying to get over on a female. I sent my female friend down there with her car, and paid for the same 19.99 car wash. She got her door panels cleaned. So I don’t believe the manager when I was told the doors are not included. I have a picture of their advertising in which no where it states door panels are not included. I would like to be refunded my 19.99.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded and for them to state to other patrons that door panels are not included in a carwash if this really is their way of practice.
