OXO

I bought two oxo meat thermometer one for myself and the other as a Christmas present. They both as of March are not on 0 as it should be but on 65 which will not give me a true reading. Not sure who I need to contact but very disappointed in this product!

Review: On January 22, 2013 I purchased a Brand new in seal carton OXO Good Grips Stainless Steel Touch Free Soap Dispenser. This unit cost me $46.98 and worked great until a week ago when it stopped working properly. The product come with a 2 year satisfaction guarantee so I emailed OXO to see what they could do to help me out. I just got an email back that told me they do not have to honor the warranty on any thing purchased online. I have the warranty in my hands and nowhere does it say that. I emailed them back and told them I was going to file this complaint. I want them to simply replace my defective unit with a new one and have them pay the return shipping do to this being a defective item and not my fault. Please help.Desired Settlement: I want a replacement sent to me and want them to pay return shipping if they want it back.
