In response to complaint ID ***, we have been to the complainants home, repaired the kitchen faucet, removed staples in kitchen and hallway and adjusted frame bolts for the squeaking floor. Factory has been notified in writing that there is still an issue with the vinyl, which is a factory repair. I have a signed work order from this customer that states we repaired the home to his satisfaction and verifies that he examined the work and materials himself, thus all complaints with us have been satisfied as of 11-07-2016. Copy of the signed order is on file. We do appreciate all of our customers and strive to keep them completely satisfied after the sale

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was told I had to sign the work order in order to get the factory or whoever to come fix the floor coverings I am frankly fed up with this company The floor covering in the Kitchen and hallway have nail and staple holes in them .( photos have been forwarded to my attorney I am happy to send them to the Revdex.com additionally all the staples in the carpet is showing around the edges !) The business did fix the faucet but they didn't repair the floor covering issues they just simply removed the staples as the tech stated " as a temporary measure to prevent someone from getting their foot stabbed " additionally the tech told me " If I was you and someone got stuck with one of those staples I would own some bodies as" that is verbatim. I have attempted to call the factory and the number I have nobody answers it is a voice-mail that nobody calls back. This is simply a matter of the home center trying to push the repair to the factory and the factory pushing the issue back to the home center.

A Tech from Horizon Homes came out on Monday HE DVD fix the faucet in the kitchen however HE Did not fix the issue with the nail holes in my floor covering or the staple holes he just pulled the nails out in a spot or two and left the holes He just simply advised this was a problem and took a few photos and said somebody would have to figure out what to do!!

We have been to Mr *** home on several occasions and also have turned in his service lists to the *** *** manufacturer. The one year warranty that Mr*** spoke of begins when the home is delivered and it is stated on his sales contract that the yr warranties on the
home are from the manufacturers. We did not know of his complaint of the faucet until his email today 11/1/16. I have supplied Mr *** with all of the contact names and numbers from *** *** along with his serial number and date of delivery for his immediate information. I have responded to Mr *** emails and have scheduled service with him on more than one occasionI have supplied the manufacturer with all of his information and all of his complaints. Also I have sent the emails to service at *** *** and a copy back to Mr***He has been in the home since the first of June and service on the homes, depending on the amount of service in an area, can take up to months. We will always be happy to submit any complaints or service to the factory and if immediate assistance is required, we will either send a repairman from our location or call a professional plumber, electrician, etc if need be, depending on the urgency of the request submitted. *** ***Horizon Homes

I have responded to the complaint and sent the manufacturers service manager a copy of the email from the customer, along with copies of the customers email and complaint to the service department.  They both have been notified of the complaint and we are hoping that the service department can get him scheduled for service as soon as possible.
