Oxygen Roofing

Work was not completed correctly which resulted in water leaking into our home.We had our roof replaced by Oxygen Roofing just over 2 years ago I believe (I can get the exact date if needed). In early May we had a large amount of rain and started seeing water in our second floor walls and ceiling. We first called an HVAC company thinking it may be our air handler but after a thorough inspection they found nothing and said that we may want to have the roof checked. I called Oxygen Roofing multiple times and left voicemails asking them to come out and take a look at the roof but never received any response. Due to the urgency of our problem I ended up calling another roofing company to come out and take a look and they told us that the ridge vent on the roof was never installed properly so it had actually been leaking since the roof was installed (he also found other issues with our roof that I can get in writing if needed). I again tried to call and email [redacted] with Oxygen Roofing with no response. Since I couldn't get a hold of [redacted] I asked the new roofing company ([redacted]) to please go ahead and fix the ridge vent so we could stop the leak. This fix cost us $450 out of pocket. I believe that Oxygen Roofing owes us the money that we had to pay out of pocket to fix a leak that due to their improper installation. Desired SettlementI would like a refund of the amount that I had to pay to fix a problem caused by this company's improper installation. I have the receipt for the work done and can produced if necessary. Thank you.
