HP Projector World/ Oxygenergy Electronic Inc Are very unprofessional and has unethical practices for a business I am very upset at the way they do business I am a dissatisfied customer with there productI brought a projector from them online last year I didn't play it often about twice a week I was watching it and it went out I called and was told they would ship me out a new bulb that was supposed to last about 15years it didn't last a year had I played it everyday been waiting since June to be shipped out when I was told it had been shipped out on June only to find out today June that it never been shipped to me I was given a tracking number and when I called *** I was told they don't have it all I been getting is lies from them *** ***

*** They have run me all over the place with emails and promises of refunds and deliveryI have never had an experience like this with any other business in my lifeThey still have $of my money*** ***

Very bad experience
It's been a month and have not received the product I had orderedThey promise 2-business days
They readily took my credit but have not shipped
Numerous emails back and forth, claiming to have issues with inventory in stockAnd had "fixed" the problem
Their website claims the item is in stock
Their website even claims a current Revdex.com accreditation!
I feel as if I had been scammed

This company is [redacted] unprofessional. [redacted] $600.00 from us. Buyer beware DO NOT do business with them!!

In Sept. 2014, I paid approx. $300 for a projector from HDProjectorWorld.com
[redacted] (parent company is Oxygenergy Electronics, Inc) The product was defective so I returned it as instructed and asked for a replacement in the form of an upgraded model for an additional $150. The purchase and upgrade amounts were deducted from my charge account. NO replacement or upgrade equipment was ever sent to me. James, Owner/Manager of HDProjectorWorld, has acknowledged that he owes and promised a refund many times. After ten months, no settlement of my claim has been made. [redacted]
