Oxygenics

I have purchased three Oxygenics "skincare With comfort control" shower heads. The product is guaranteed to not clog or fail. I have two of the heads that have broken at the collar of the head. I called and spoke to a representative of the company and she told me that since I purchased the product through [redacted].com the company could not guarantee the items. I explained to her that I had no prior knowledge of that guarantee disclaimer and asked if I could speak to someone above her at the company. She told me that she was it--the end. I am disappointed in the company's response to me in the way the young lady spoke to me with little or no regard to a customer, not to mention to me as a person. I continued, to share our policy regarding [redacted].com and Oxygenics products sold through [redacted].com which are not accepted for warranty purposes, guaranteed to be of new quality, etc. I continued to share, [redacted].com is not an authorized seller of Oxygenics products. I apologized, for any inconvenience. Mr. [redacted] expressed vocally his disappointment towards me after hearing his Oxygenics SkinCare shower units would not be warranted. I apologized again and he hung up the phone.Today, March 25, 2015 at 12:24pm, I reached out to Mr. [redacted], utilizing the contact phone number he provided with his customer information in the Revdex.com letter, to offer an exception of replacing and moreover get clarification on the type of finish his two Oxygenics SkinCare shower heads are in. Once I announced myself and shared that I was calling from Oxygenics, Mr. [redacted], stated, "Goodbye" and hung the phone up on me. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
