Review: I received the wrong size item.....returned for a different size that was never shipped, but yet I was charged for including express shipping fees.....and never credited for the return item...... Bottom line...charged $96 and have no items to show for it...Desired Settlement: please credit back to my debit card the charges for both the returned item...and the item never shipped

Review: I had ordered a little over $600 worth of dance wear from this company. We went back and forth and they were not able to exchange the sizes I needed so I sent back to the company like they had told me to do and I have not received a refund for my order. I have tried calling, emailing, etc. and no one will contact me back so at this point in time I am still out my $600. It has been over 2 months now.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund for the items I have returned!

Review: I ordered some dance apparel for my dancers for competition. We originally put in an order to two tops that were $76.00 total. We received those and then ordered5 more tops on February [redacted] for the amount of $190.00 plus $5.50 for shipping. The money was taken out of my account and I was not told that they were backordered. I have not received the tops and have called and emailed numerous times without a response and have never been able to talk to a person, only have been able to leave a message and usually can't get through to even do that. We needed those tops by now and I want to cancel the order and get my money back. I also want to return my first order since we can't use those tops any longer.
