If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered support pillows for my elderly mother the first weekend in May...and I still have NOTHING!!. They keep telling me to be patient. They didn't mind taking my money. They refuse to refund my money because they say my shipment is coming. Horrible..horrible company!!!!
Never received estimated date of delivery as I had inquired about. I requested a refund and have had no response nor the product delivered.
I ordered this product on 4/25/20. I never received any indication of estimated delivery of the product. I have emailed the company about 5 times now, with them not responding for the most part. I made it very clear from the beginning that I needed the product delivered before Mother's Day or I needed a refund. At first, they sent me a tracking number which was invalid. They said to be patient, yet did not answer any of my questions or offer a refund. Now, they are no longer responding to my messages and I also have not received a refund. I have asked them for a refund multiple times and now feel as if it was some kind of scam.
I want my money back. $40.98
I ordered express shipment of disposable and cloth face masks that this company claimed to have in stock on April 11.
After contacting their customer service repeatedly with no response, I told them to cancel the order and that I would dispute the charges that were already showing on my credit card.
After that correspondence I kept getting fake tracking numbers.
Yesterday, I received a small package from *** When I look up the address it belongs to *** who 17 complaints on the Revdex.com website.
I've been asking for this order to be cancelled for a week and I keep getting emails saying the other items have already shipped.
If they ever actually show up I will return to sender.
This company is dishonest and is taking advantage of people during the pandemic.

purchased medical masks online. the price was *** apiece. I considered that price, price gouging during a crisis. THEN I FIND OUT THE PRODUCT HAS TO COME FORM CHINA, WHICH MEANS IT WILL NEVER GET HERE
Billing Adjustment THEY COULD CANCELL THE ORDER, AND REFUND MY PAYMENT. they could call me about this issue, but i know they won't because they know that would be an unpleasant experience for them
