OYO Hotel Weatherford

on november,24.2019.I booked a Room with oyohotels.the reservation was from november ,24 through november,28,2019.everything was awesome,The room,the staff,I was contacted by a family member informing me of a emergency,I contacted the front desk inquiring about the refund policy,if I left a day early.I was assured as long as I checked out at check out time.a refund for the day I wasnt staying would be refunded to my debit card.I left and on the 13th of january happened to check activity on my card, discovered the refund was never accredited to my account.I contacted thier customer service dep.told them the booking ID# and the issue, and a representative,informed me in 7 to 14 days it would be refunded.on the on January, the 30th I again contacted thier customer service to ask why. It had STILL not been refunded to my card,They apologized and gave me a escalated ticket..assureing me that my issue would be on the priority list and resolved in 48 hrs. I waited an additional 2 weeks!! Again on the 13th of febuary.2020 contacted customer service again.was informed my information had not been up dated and this would take another 4-7 Days!!!After endless calls to cust service and several managers who all assured me they would personally handle the issue, they also asked me to open a paypal account to ensure,the process would be quicker.Here it iz Febuary 20th, And my refund of ONLY 24$ HAS STILL not been accredited to my account! I Have emailed thier escalations department,even the ceo of oyo hotel's and they continue to tell me another 3 to 4 days, I have spoken to every department manager and customer representative and despite the fact that I have been waiting almost 4 months to recieve,a 24$ refund!!!! I am so dissappointedin the buissness and how they treat there valued customers, this reservation was of several, made .in all I spent about 300$ .and it is appalling that they would literally give me the run around for 4 months!!!At this point ,I honestly felt that my whole amount should be refunded
