Oyo hotel

I spoke to a Front Desk Agent yesterday (10/19/19) named *** She stated that there was a $50 deposit that could only be paid via debit/credit card. She ensured the deposit would be returned the following day (10/20/19) at check out. She said paying the deposit in cash was not an option. I checked my card and no deposit returned. I contacted the property and a gentleman refused to allow me to speak to a manager. It's my money and the room was left in same condition. Customer service is horrible. Asking to speak to a manager or owner was impossible. The agent did not care to help me and have left me on hold for over an hour. This business should be shut down.
