I have attached copies of chargeback that was issued to us on 6-2- First page shows the dispute amountSecond page shows in the comments that we did not show proof of cancellation(which is not required since guest stayed with us)The 3rd document shows the money was taken from our acct on 6-5-17. I am sorry that Ms*** feels that I have been unprofessional in any way. That is not how we run our business. I am just trying to figure out where the money for this stay has gone if it hasn't been returned to Ms***

This guest initiated a chargeback prior to her stay with us.  I tried to make contact at that time with the guest inquiring why she was disputing the charge.  The guest would not respond to my emails or telephone messages. The first chargeback was reversed in the Driftwood Lodge's...

favor.  This guest then came and stayed at the Lodge for 3 nights signing all required documentation.  About a week after the guests 3 night stay with us we received another chargeback dispute for the credit card charge.  At that time the money was again taken from the hotels bank account.  I disputed the chargeback with all of the signed documentation showing that the guest stayed with us however, somehow the bank sided with the guest.  The money was taken from the Driftwood Lodge.  I spoke to my Merchant services company and they told me that the money had been credited back to the guest.  I have never been irate with the guest.  I'm simply going off of the information that my merchant services gave me.  We do not have the money for the guests stay nor are we trying to charge anyone twice.
