I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am responding, because the receipt says You can return Items within the next daysIn the store she has a policy that says wigs cannot be returnedAs, I mentioned to her, the wigs if can't be returned, they need to be applied on a different receiptIf you have a receipt that says wigs can't be returned, then that would be something differentThe receipt I have says anything can be returned with in three days So, therefore, the receipt and the posting in the store says different thingsI asked her to change her receipt issues for the wigs, but evidently that's not going to happen Regards, [redacted]
